Engraved 2 3/4 x 4 1/4 United States Senate Chamber card to admit Philip B. Schnering, son of Otto Schnering of Chicago, founder of Curtiss Candy Co. (Baby Ruth, Butterfinger) to the reserved gallery, signed by Curtis as Vice President. The stiff card has beautiful steel vignettes of the Capitol and an eagle, shield and US flag with motto “E Pluribus Unum” below.
