Governor Clinton thanks “Mac” for his letter informing Clinton of the Literacy Commission’s activities and goals. He adds: “I believe your leadership in bringing the private sector into partnership with state and local literacy programs is exemplary of the kind of partnerships we should build on many different fronts.” Clinton looks forward to participating in the Literacy Conference, salutes the fine job he and the Commission members are doing for Arkansas.
